Shipping Costs
Shipping is free across the USA mainland (unless otherwise stated at checkout).
Delivery Terms
Shipping Time
- Mainland USA: 2-5 business days
We ship to all U.S. locations using UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Amazon Shipping (and occasionally other partner carriers). If your order is delayed beyond 10 business days, please contact us.
Dispatch Time
- Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day after payment.
- In rare cases, processing and dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellations may no longer be possible.
Change of Delivery Address
To request a delivery address change:
- Email us at support@ascoldplunge.com with your order number and new address.
- We’ll process your request promptly, but changes may not be possible once the order has been dispatched.
P.O. Box Shipping
We ship to P.O. box addresses using postal services only. Courier services are unavailable for these locations.
Items Out of Stock
- If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the item(s).
- The remaining items in your order will be dispatched.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery exceeds 7 business days, contact us immediately. We will:
- Investigate the delay.
- Offer solutions, including shipping a replacement item if necessary.
Tracking Notifications
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment’s progress via the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If your parcel arrives damaged:

Cancellations
To cancel your order before delivery:

- We’ll process your request as quickly as possible.

All parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the courier’s stated value. If your parcel is lost or damaged, contact us for assistance.
